A Michigan man has been arrested after missing his flight to Los Angeles and calling in a fake bomb threat after being made to book another flight, officials said.

Robinson then allegedly called in a bomb threat for his missed flight in a misguided attempt at revenge at 6:45 a.m., even going so far as to invent a bomber and giving authorities a detailed description of what he looked like, according to prosecutors.

A bomb threat was made to Beaumont Health in Troy on Tuesday evening. At 7:50 p.m. the Oakland University Police Department advised students, faculty and staff to evacuate the facility and other campus members to avoid the area until further notice. More information will be provided as it becomes available, police said.

Anthony Beardall of Provo was charged for threatening to bomb the Provo Missionary Training Center more than a month earlier.

Several Provo, Utah government buildings were temporarily closed due to a bomb threat that later proved to be a hoax.

A Lancaster County student is charged in connection with an alleged bomb threat at Warwick High School. The 17-year-old girl is accused of writing the threat on a bathroom wall on May 27. Lititz police said she also wrote a death threat on a toilet paper holder. The teen is charged with terroristic threats.
