As recently as a decade ago, Packers great Sterling Sharpe appeared to be a long-shot for the Hall of Fame because of his relatively short career.

Sterling Sharpe made the most of his seven seasons in the NFL.  That helps explain why Sharpe will join Eric Allen, Jared Allen and Antonio Gates for enshrinement in the 2025 Pro Football Hall of Fame class Saturday.

Maybe the magnitude of the accomplishment will hit Sterling Sharpe when he walks on stage Saturday and sees his bronze bust.
