US footwear company Deckers Brands recorded a robust start to fiscal year 2026, with its HOKA and UGG brands surpassing expectations in the first quarter (Q1) despite challenges within the global trade environment.

Powered by double-digit sales in its HOKA and UGG brands, both of which easily offset a 19% drop in the company’s other brands, Deckers Brands ( NYSE: DECK) realized a 17% gain in total sales, comfortably exceeding both the company’s and Wall Street’s expectations.
