Circle Internet Group Inc.’s initial public offering is likely to price above the marketed range, after fielding orders for more than 25 times the number of shares available in the upsized deal, according to people familiar with the matter.

Fintech firm Circle Internet Group, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, on Monday increased the size and price range of its planned initial public offering.

Circle Internet said on Monday it was targeting a valuation of up to $7.2 billion on a fully diluted basis in its upsized U.S. initial public offering, underscoring growing momentum in the stablecoin market.
