Jamal Shead, RJ Barrett, Brandon Ingram, Scottie Barnes and Sandro Mamukelashvili will start Monday’s game against the Jazz. The Raptors won’t have Immanuel Quickley or Jakob Poeltl for Monday’s game, opening two spots in the starting lineup. Shead and Mamukelashvili will fill the resulting voids. The combination of the spot start and the opposition makes both players worth the streaming risk in deep leagues. The continued absences of Highsmith and Coffey mean that the Suns have less depth on the wings, but this does not affect fantasy basketball. Both players should remain on the waiver wire, regardless of league size. Allen has missed Phoenix’s last four games, resulting in starting guard Collin Gillespie playing a few more minutes than he does when the Suns’ perimeter rotation is close to complete. If Allen is available on Tuesday, Gillespie is not a lock to meet 30 minutes, much less exceed it. Collin Murray-Boyles (thumb) is available for Monday’s game against the Jazz. Murray-Boyles is active for the first time in nearly a month, having last appeared in a game on February 25. With Jakob Poeltl (back) not playing, the Raptors will rely mainly on CMB and Sandro Mamukelashvili at the center position against the lottery-bound Jazz. Cody Williams (shoulder) is unavailable to play against the Raptors on Monday. Williams is set to miss Monday’s game after what has been a good run of consistent production recently. The second-year forward is averaging 14.1 points per game in March, but more recently, he is scoring 19.6 points per game over his last five appearances. His absence against the Raptors should have fantasy ramifications; John Konchar could see a notable increase in opportunities. The Bulls have made a change to their starting lineup, with Smith replacing Collin Sexton. Because Smith is restricted to 22-24 minutes, Sexton’s playing time may not take a significant hit despite coming off the bench. Ty Jerome, Jaylen Wells, Rayan Rupert, GG Jackson and Olivier-Maxence Prosper will start Monday’s game against the Hawks. The Grizzlies have two new starters for Monday’s game. Jerome is back after a one-game absence, and Rupert has also moved into the starting lineup. While Walter Clayton Jr. is available to come off the bench, Javon Small is out with a sore lower back. Davion Mitchell, Tyler Herro, Andrew Wiggins, Pelle Larsson and Bam Adebayo will start Monday’s game against the Spurs. Wiggins is back in the Heat lineup after an eight-game absence and will be in the starting lineup. Simone Fontecchio heads to the bench to make room for Wiggins. Meanwhile, Norman Powell will once again come off the bench, with Larsson retaining his place in the starting five. A Division of NBCUniversal. NBA Most Improved Player odds: Best bets at every tier and why the Thompson twins are both favorites
Kudos to Dyson Daniels on breaking one of my least favorite streaks in the NBA. Last season, he won Most Improved Player without making the All-Star team. The last player to do so was Pascal Siakam, and he and CJ McCollum are the only active players to win ...
