Neymar has reached an agreement to rejoin boyhood club Santos on a six-month contract after leaving Al Hilal. It was announced on January 27 that the 32-year-old had agreed to a mutual termination of his contract with the Saudi Pro League side.

Following the contract termination, Neymar is set to return to Brazilian club Santos, where he first broke out in the soccer world, soccer journalist Fabrizio Romano reported Monday.

According to reports, Neymar and Saudi club Al Hilal have agreed to part ways, allowing the star forward to return to Santos, the team that launched his professional career, on a six-month deal.
