The bills that pass in both the Utah House and Senate will go to Gov. Spencer Cox’s desk where he will either veto the bill or sign it into law.

Texas’ 89th legislative session begins Tuesday – and as of Sunday night, state lawmakers had already filed more than 2,500 bills.
