Dallas Wings rookie Paige Bueckers has been ruled out of a rematch with the New York Liberty due to a back injury that required treatment during the first meeting three days earlier.

Bueckers is playing well in her rookie season. She is unquestionably the front-runner for the WNBA Rookie of the Year Award. The 23-year-old is averaging 18.6 points, 5.4 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game. She is also shooting 45.7 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from beyond the arc.
