The Tar Heels and Wolfpack are set to play Wednesday in Chapel Hill, but snow, sleet and freezing rain is in the forecast, and Gov. Josh Stein has declared a state of emergency.

The UNC-NC State rivalry basketball rematch on February 19 will include some of ESPN's top broadcasters on the call: Rece Davis and Jay Bilas.

UNC is in a situation where they need to win as many games as they can to improve their NCAA Tournament resume, as they stand on the outside looking in going into this week. This is an NC State team that is near the bottom of the ACC but gave UNC a tough game at home in January.
