The Golden State Warriors beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 99-88 in Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals on Tuesday. They did that despite the fact that Stephen Curry left the game early with a hamstring injury that could also keep him out of Game 2.

Because this is the first injury of this type for Curry in his illustrious career, the exact timetable for his return is murky at best. If the Timberwolves are able to bounce back in the games Curry can't participate in, there maybe a push to bring Curry back sooner-rather than later.

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry has been ruled out of Game 2 against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The news was first reported by ESPN’s Shams Charania. Curry hobbled off the court in the second quarter Tuesday after sustaining an injury in Game 1.
