To copy a sheet into a new workbook file, do the following: Select the sheet you want to copy (or move). Choose Move Or Copy Sheet from the Edit menu.

This approach allows you to extract the macro codes from your workbook and import them into another workbook, eliminating the need to share entire Excel workbooks.

Then save the excel file and close it. In Outlook, select import and export. Select Import from another program or file and click next. Select "Microsoft excel" and click next.
