The Golden State Warriors are trying to add another championship banner to the rafters before Steph Curry calls it a career. Last year, they made the midseason trade for Jimmy Butler.

The Golden State Warriors are reportedly expected to be a top suitor for veteran center Al Horford when the NBA free-agent negotiating period opens Monday at 6 p.m. ET.

Horford, a 5-time NBA All-Star and 18-year veteran, finally captured his first championship in 2024. He still has enough left in the tank to give a contending team quality minutes in pursuit of another title, playing 27.7 MPG in 60 games for the Boston Celtics last season, averaging 9.0 PPG, 6.2 RPG, and 2.1 APG.
