血浆置换 (plasma exchange，PE) ，是一种清除血液中大分子物质的血液净化疗法。是将血液引出至体外循环，通过膜式或离心式血浆分离方法，从全血中分离并弃除血浆， 再补充等量新鲜冰冻血浆或白蛋白溶液，以非选择性或选择性地清除血液中的致病因子 (如自身抗体、免疫复合物、冷球蛋白、轻链蛋白、毒素等)，并调节免疫系统、恢复细 胞免疫及网状内皮细胞吞噬功能，从而达到治疗疾病的目的。
