For the first time since the Detroit Red Wings acquired him this summer, Finnish forward Jesse Kiiskinen showed what makes him an intriguing prospect at the World Junior Summer Showcase.

The 6-foot-5 Finnish blueliner is in the last year of his entry-level deal, so it’s a big season for him, but he’s doing his part to keep himself in the conversation for the Red Wings.
