Does anyone have the specs for this tool identified in the shop manual that is a spacer for installing leaf spring shackles? Car is a '37 Terraplane.

Has anyone drilled and pinned their automatic shifter lever in their stepdown? My '54 shifter has so much slop that it is a pain to get in gear.
