Jan 3, 2007 · While I agree with using AMSOIL MTF (I use it myself), Royal Purple Synchromax does fine in the NV1500, NV3500, NV3550, and NSG370. With that said, no where does Royal Purple claim to meet the GM or Chrysler Synchromesh specs.

I have been looking for a front license plate bracket for our bumper, but can't find one. Even Mopar does recognize the 2016 Backcountry so I can't find one. I see in one of your photos that you have a front plate on.

Sep 13, 2020 · With Royal Purple having some friction modifier in it no doubt you'll likely end up having to add more FM. I just use the Mopar 75W-140 gear oil in both my 04 4.7 axles. I don't abuse those axles but even the dealer uses the full-synthetic 75W-140 in both.
