Ventura County Fire Department on Instagram: "Yesterday, Ventura County Fire Department, Ventura City Fire, Oxnard Fire, and the VC Air Unit successfully conducted a swift water rescue of an individual trapped by rising floodwaters. The victim was located beneath the 101 Freeway, surrounded on all sides by rapidly moving and rising water. On Wednesday, the Department of Homeland Security announced it was launching an immigration enforcement operation in the New Orleans area. Video obtained by CNN shows federal agents wearing ICE vests chasing a woman back to her home in Marrero, Louisiana a suburb of New Orleans. CNN’s Ryan Young reports.
