Got an IC-40 that has a green blinking CELL light. I've taken off the cell (disconnected it while at it) and gave it a clean (water and muriatic acid). After assembling it, the CELL light keeps blinking green, I suspect I need to do another cleaning, but wanted to check on your opinions.
