New Seasonal Gelato; Gooseberry Crumble 🍦 Our gooseberry crumble gelato is rippled with our homemade gooseberry compote that adds a delicious tart grape flavour to our fresh creamy gelato, with a subtitle sweetness. We craft our compote using local, handpicked gooseberries grown by our friend Chris Eaton. Picked daily, they make their short journey to Cow & Cacao and into our gelato. Louise has even added a generous helping of crisp buttery crumble pieces….and the result is utterly delicious! C
