Nature never ceases to amaze me in Iceland! Of course you can still visit this beach but you’ll not be able to walk into the caves, or onto the basalt columns. This beach has always been eroding but never so much in such a short period of time🥲 It may never be the same but it will always be iconic for the force of nature that you can witness here and the unique geology 🪨🤓 There seems to be debate over if erosion is temporary or not. I’ve never seen erosion build itself back up but who knows!
