#TRICKTUESDAY // Barani Pike Do you cat twist? Many of the skills we’ve talked about use tilt and contact twisting, but barani pike allows us to experiment with a third technique; the cat twist. The cat twist technique involves piking your body and twisting the upper and lower halves in opposite directions. When you kick-out to a straight position, a twist is initiated (usually only a half twist). You are essentially swivelling your hips as you move from pike to straight to create the twist. Thi
