Rushed off to Mt Fairy late yesterday when the call came in we always want to hear.. “the wombat is out” The meaning of this is that we’ve usually been notified before (in this case a month ago) and went out but wombat was nowhere to be seen. So we know each passing day increases their agony and brings them closer to dying So when I was told the wombat is out I was so happy. And good timing too. He is a very cranky boy and not happy with the medicine but he will hopefully feel better soon First

Another wombat treated for mange early this morning. We suspect it’s Stu, a wombat treated once last year before he disappeared. One dose Bravecto is not enough so it’s starting from scratch again and hopefully we can give him two follow up doses.
