SPINACH ARTICHOKE EGG BAKE- high protein, low calorie, great to make ahead (full tutorial video coming soon!) ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 10 ounce bag of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well one can of quartered artichoke hearts 4 eggs one cup egg whites one cup 2% cottage cheese (I use @good_culture ) salt and lemon pepper (I get both from @redmondrealsalt save with HHH15) Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease an 8x8 square baking pan (or line with parchment) and spread out spinach. Season well with lemon
